On behalf of a global brand of notebooks we provide a next business day service for their customers in France.

We recruited the Alliance partner, developed the service management system interfaces, set up the key processes and provide service delivery management, escalation assistance and account management.

 

Televisions

On-site TV installation

On behalf of a global TV brand we provide an installation services in Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg to customers who have purchased the brand’s TVs through its online channel.

Multi-country workstation support

On behalf of IT services companies we provide on-site IMAC and break/fix services for users in international medical technology and logistics companies with operations in Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, The Netherlands , Poland Portugal, Romania, Slovakia , Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the UK.
